About Our Squishies
Are SQUU squishies handmade?
Most SQUU squishies are handmade or hand-finished in small batches. We also work with selected suppliers for certain ready-made designs.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, each batch may vary slightly and no two pieces are guaranteed to be exactly identical. Small variations are especially common in color, size, filling amount, and overall appearance. These differences are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Each product page will provide details specific to that item.
Why does each squishy look slightly different?
Many of our squishies are handmade or hand-finished, so slight variations between pieces and batches are completely normal. Color mixing, filling amount, size, texture, and other details may vary slightly.
We also continuously improve our products. If we find that a particular design has a higher risk of damage or can be improved, we may adjust its materials, construction, or filling. Because of this, later batches may differ slightly from earlier versions.
What do firmness, rebound, and texture mean?
These terms describe how a squishy feels and behaves:
Firmness — how soft or resistant the squishy feels when squeezed.
Rebound — how quickly, slowly, or whether the squishy returns to its original shape.
Texture — the tactile feel of the outer surface and overall sensory experience.
Check each product description for its individual sensory characteristics.
Why doesn't my squishy return to its original shape?
Not every SQUU squishy is designed to rebound. Some products are moldable or zero-rebound, meaning they are designed to hold the shape created by your squeeze.
This is an intentional sensory feature rather than a product defect. Please check the rebound information on the individual product page before purchasing.
Care & Durability
How should I play with my squishy?
For the best experience and longest product life, we recommend gentle, slow squeezing.
Avoid aggressively pulling, stretching, twisting, puncturing, or squeezing the product with excessive force. Keep squishies away from sharp objects and rough surfaces.
Can squishies pop or break?
Yes. Squishies are soft sensory products and can eventually wear, tear, leak, or break with use.
Their lifespan varies depending on the product and how it is handled. Damage caused by aggressive squeezing, stretching, puncturing, or normal wear over time is not considered arrival damage.
How can I make my squishy last longer?
How you handle your squishy has a major impact on its lifespan.
Gentle, slow squeezing is recommended. Avoid fingernails, sharp objects, excessive stretching, twisting, and repeated forceful squeezing.
Are squishies sticky? How do I clean them?
Some squishies may naturally develop a slightly tacky surface.
For most designs, gently clean the surface with water or mild soapy water and allow it to air dry completely. If appropriate for the specific product, a small amount of baby powder can help reduce surface tackiness.

Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping and do you ship internationally?
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Eligibility and available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Our Shopify store currently ships within the United States only.
International customers can shop select SQUU products through our Etsy shop, where international shipping may be available for eligible destinations.
How long is the processing time and delivery time?
Processing :
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Weekends and holidays are not included in business days.
Delivery:
Once your order has shipped, estimated U.S. delivery is typically 5–8 days.
Many orders may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery window. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Please allow some time for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order or updated receiver information?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will do our best to accommodate your request before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

What if my squishy arrives damaged?
If your squishy arrives damaged, please contact SQUU Customer Support within 3 days of delivery.
Please keep the damaged product and original packaging and provide clear photos and/or video showing the condition of the item.
For eligible arrival-damage claims, SQUU provides up to one replacement per affected item.
Why does my order take longer than expected?
During peak periods such as new launches, viral moments, and holidays processing may take slightly longer. A little extra time is sometimes part of the handmade process, as many SQUU squishies are prepared and finished in small batches.
What is your return and replacement policy?
For eligible arrival-damage claims submitted within 3 days of delivery, please contact Customer Support (hello@squushop.com) with photos and/or video of the affected item.
Eligible damaged items may receive one replacement per affected item.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Because our products are handmade and prepared to order, each piece is made for you.

What age are SQUU squishies recommended for?
SQUU squishies are designed and intended for ages 12 and up.
Our products are sensory stress-relief items intended for gentle squeezing and tactile use. They are not intended for children under 12 years of age.
Do not bite, chew, puncture, aggressively stretch, or place the product or its components in the mouth. Some designs may contain small or removable components.
Are SQUU squishies edible?
No. SQUU squishies and their fillings are not edible.
Do not eat, taste, bite, chew, or ingest the outer material or filling.
What materials are SQUU squishies made from?
Materials vary depending on the design and sensory experience.
SQUU squishies may feature soft, flexible outer skins with different sensory fillings. Please refer to the individual product description for material and filling information specific to each product.
What should I do if my squishy breaks or leaks?
Stop using the product immediately.
Do not continue squeezing or handling a damaged or leaking squishy. Avoid ingestion of the filling, keep the damaged product and its contents away from children and pets, and dispose of it appropriately.
